Meet Lisa Nicole

Throughout my career in Occupational Therapy, I've had the privilege of caring for older adults in home health, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and outpatient rehabilitation. Those experiences allowed me to witness not only the challenges that come with aging but also the overwhelming decisions families often face when navigating a loved one's changing health. Too often, I saw families searching for answers only after a crisis had already occurred.

My passion for this work is also deeply personal.

After reconnecting with my father later in life, I learned that shortly after his 91st birthday, he had suffered a fall. At first, it sounded like a minor accident. But as I asked more questions, I realized how serious his condition truly was. I booked a flight the very next day to be with him. Two weeks later, he passed away.

That experience changed me forever.

It reinforced what I had already learned throughout my career: families deserve clear information, compassionate guidance, and the opportunity to make informed decisions before a crisis occurs—not after.

That is why I founded Safe Serene Home Solutions.

Our mission is to help older adults age safely, comfortably, and with dignity while giving families the confidence and peace of mind they need to make thoughtful decisions. Through comprehensive home safety reviews, Safe Serene Wellness Checks, and personalized recommendations, we help identify potential risks, support independence, and provide guidance every step of the way.

Every recommendation I make is guided by one simple question:

"What would I want for my own family?"

Because every older adult deserves to age with dignity, and every family deserves compassionate support, honest communication, and peace of mind.
